PRIVACY & SECURITY
Trust begins with precise language.
Security and privacy requirements must be explicit, assessed and agreed. DIMACIO does not claim certifications, guaranteed uptime or an already operating secure facility.

ACCESS
Agree who can do what.
Discuss least-privilege access, authentication and administrative responsibilities for the proposed service.
DATA
Define the handling of data.
Discuss location, retention, encryption requirements and any processing terms that may be needed.
RESILIENCE
Plan for interruption.
Agree backup and recovery requirements, escalation routes and evidence needed to validate the proposed approach.
About the enquiry form
The form asks for your name, work email, optional organisation, preferred tier and project requirements so that your enquiry can be reviewed and answered. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment details or sensitive personal data.
Requests are addressed to request@dimacio.com. The supplied form plugin does not create a database of enquiries; it passes the message to the WordPress mail system. Hosting, mail services or separately installed logging tools may process or retain that information.
For abuse prevention, the plugin temporarily stores keyed hashes derived from the connecting IP address and email address, along with counters. Rate-limit entries are used for the current hourly window. Hashed form tokens are retained for replay protection for up to two hours. Expired records are removed by a scheduled cleanup, which may run later on a low-traffic site. It does not deliberately store raw IP addresses in those entries; server access logs may do so separately.
For questions about an enquiry or its deletion, contact request@dimacio.com.
Publication note
This is a service overview and a description of the supplied form, not a completed legal privacy notice. Before collecting enquiries, the operator must provide its legal identity, applicable processing basis, retention periods, service providers and relevant rights in a complete privacy notice.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Start with the workload.
Tell us what you want to run, what needs protecting and what is still undecided. We will assess the request before proposing a scope.
